While the staff were mostly friendly, they could do better in managing guest behavior and maintaining rooms. The resort has potential with its beachfront access and nice pool area, yet the outdated rooms and lack of attention to detail are significant downsides.

We had a great family getaway at Riviera Beach Resort, with direct access to the beach and lots of activities for the kids. The oceanview room was spacious, but the indoor pool was unfortunately quite cold and there was no dinner option on-site, which was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially for families looking for fun activities.

My stay at the resort was quite a mix. While the beach was absolutely stunning and perfect for families with young kids, I did face some significant issues that really affected our experience. The room itself was clean, but the state of the air conditioning and the lingering odors in the common areas were concerning. The management did show some responsiveness, but it could have been much better. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere, but improvements are definitely needed for a more enjoyable stay.
